Who we are…
Ryan Carstensen has over two decades of experience in Real Estate Development, Investment, General Construction, Consulting and Asset Management. Ryan has worked with YUM Brands, Circle K, Advanced Autoparts, Rite Aid, Chase Bank, Starbucks, Aldi, Grocery Outlet, Dunkin Donuts, ARCO AMPM, Chick Fil A, Planet Fitness, Western Dental, Boeing, Carls Jr, Vorwerks, CESO, Amazon, Stonefield Investment Advisors, CE Thomas,Inc., and many other private property owners throughout California, Nevada, and Arizona. Ryan graduated with Honors from the Colorado State University College of Business.

Acquisitions & Planning
Acquisition and Pre-Develoment planning are the key first steps to any project. After all, it lays the foundation for a well organized and systematic approach to a successful acquisition. Fixed Point provides Acquisition Brokerage Services, Due Diligence coordination, and Pre-Development Planning. The Fixed Point philosophy is deeply rooted in ‘measure twice and cut once’. Coordinating a new acquisition or planning a new development takes collaboration and team work to ensure every detail is thought out and critically analyzed.
Project Design & Permitting
Often times the most cumbersome aspect of any project is the time spent in design and permitting. Fixed Point takes a proactive team approach to minimize downtime by involving the Design Team and meeting directly with Municipal and Agency decision makers. Whether adding value to an existing property, preparing for a capital improvement project, or doing a simple tenant improvement - Fixed Point is solution oriented and looks to forge strong working relationships with all parties involved to ensure each task is met with the respect and effort it takes to complete.
Construction Oversight & Asset MANAGEMENT
Overseeing the construction process is the final phase of the development process. We take pride in working with the most qualified General Contractors that consistently deliver on price, quality, and schedule. Fixed Point will oversee each aspect of the process and provide solid communication with all involved parties and stakeholders. And finally, once an asset is stabilized, Fixed Point provides critical Asset Management services and Brokerage Services as needed on an ongoing basis.
